Ben is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Community at Authentic Home as well as Airbnb Vietnam. He drives the company’s vision, strategy and growth as it provides authentic and interesting place for people to stay.

Ben became an entrepreneur in his youth, running a business while he was studying in University and ever since he never stopped.

Auhome’s groundbreaking service began in his Singapore apartment and spread to 1 thousand+ listings across Vietnam, as well as expanding into other countries of travel.

His vision is to help Auhome become an inspiration to all house owner Nationwide.

From being a loyal customer for a year, Duc joined AHA as CFO in early 2017 and has been helping the team on financial and strategic planning since then.

Duc is currently a Partner at Asean Capital, a boutique investment banking firm specialized in capital raising and operation consulting.

Duc also advises several other Vietnamese start-ups on the side.

While being a last year student of International Relation, Shell decided to become a part of AHA with the beginning as a customer service staff.

She became Head of Operation and her talent's exposed in the early stage of company.

Her duty is to manage the employee, to improve the service of AHA and more importantly, to take responsibility for AHA operation.

AHA's number of properties has increased non-stop ever since, from single figit to thousand+ listings across Viet Nam.

From those achievements, Shell wants to inspire the youth, especially the staff of AHA to always fight for their beliefs.
